Hammer Making Steps: 1 ~ Hammers are Hand Forged from 4140 or S-7 using a 250 lb & 25 lb Power Hammer. 2 ~ After forgeing the handle is spiked into the hot hammer head for exact size. 3 ~ Sent out to be Professionally Heat Treated. 4 ~ Polished and then a piece of inner tube is placed over the handle and stretched while the head is spiked.       This helps to reduce ~SHOCK~ in the Hammer. 5 ~ The Hammer Handles are Flame Burned and soaked in Linseed Oil.
